The experience is generally good. The staff are professional and friendly. I therefore award this service a four-star in total.
Ladies' Haircuts
The lovely Italian lady who did my highlights was very nice, and got the colour just right. However, I felt she could have gone a bit closer to the start of the root (though perhaps she didn't want to pull my hair too much and cause discomfort). The hair cut was more so-so: the stylist didn't take enough off and the style was not amazing either. It was fine overall, but I didn't walk out feeling super glamorous.

generally good. the hair dresser is very professional. it's just I was kept waiting for too long, for about 30 minutes before I was served.
