Although the session was scheduled to take 30mins, I actually was there for 1hr15mins. There was no communication that I would be there for that long and when I asked if I would be finished by a certain time, the stylist said yes despite running well over time. The stylist was then late for the next appointment to the disappointment of the next customer. However, the treatment was good and the staff were very welcoming .

Very friendly staff, they listened to what I wanted and and I was very happy with the results. The salon was clean and the wahanda deal was great value

My experience at the Sanrizz at the Brunwick was excellent. The staff were so nice! My conditioning treatment was heavenly and my haircut came out perfect. Rudi did an amazing job and gave me exactly the look I wanted. I'm definitely going back!
