Highlights are glossy and I was given some useful advice on hair products. However, the colourist followed his recommendation rather than the colours I requested and added some lowlights in blocks which are ginger/copper and not very subtle.

Although the session was scheduled to take 30mins, I actually was there for 1hr15mins. There was no communication that I would be there for that long and when I asked if I would be finished by a certain time, the stylist said yes despite running well over time. The stylist was then late for the next appointment to the disappointment of the next customer. However, the treatment was good and the staff were very welcoming .

Bruna listened and cut my hair to make the most of it. Excellent. It was All very efficient and welcoming staff
