First hair cut since I moved to London so the pressure was on! The staff were so friendly and knew my name already when I walked through the door which was lovely (and how to pronounce it - extra points) I had my hair done by Danilo, who was great. He did a consultation first and asked lots of questions about how I like my hair done, making sure he knew exactly how I liked it which was really reassuring. Conditioning treatment was good too - my hair was so soft after it! Overall really relaxing and nice touches like complementary cup of tea and biscuits.
