They didn't seem to appear to have my booking but it wasn't a problem. But the guy didn't reassure me by saying sorry we don't have your booking, but its okay, we can fit you in. Just left me wondering!
Blow Dry
I find the whole experience more than satisfactory. I will definitely consider going back again and actually making it my usual hair salon. I am a little dissatisfied that it is not open on Sundays because I actually work the rest of the days, so I have to take a day off if I want to have my hair cut.
The staff is very polite, professional and helpful.

Overall I am happy with the cut I received. The conditioning treatment was nice too.
Angelo was the stylist that cut my hair, he was nice throughout.
He listened to me and advised me well on the condition of my hair and tips to get the style that I desired.
He seemed quite experienced in this and it was easy to discuss with him how I wanted my hair cut and styled.
Other members of staff were also friendly and welcoming.
I think the Wahanda voucher is good value for money, and I am satisfied with my purchase.
It is however a real shame that it is for first time cuts only, as it is now unlikely that I will return to this salon, as the price without the voucher is too expensive, and the salon does not really offer any other promotional discounts.

Very impressed with Sanrizz, the only niggle i had was they kept me waiting 45mins until starting my colour. Otherwise the lady, Pam, was great my highlights are perfect and my new cut is great (and im normally someone who fears the haircut!). With the 50% off it made it even better.
