Very impressed with Sanrizz, the only niggle i had was they kept me waiting 45mins until starting my colour. Otherwise the lady, Pam, was great my highlights are perfect and my new cut is great (and im normally someone who fears the haircut!). With the 50% off it made it even better.
My experience with Sanrizz Knightsbridge is quite mixed and although I liked my hair cut (I've only been once), I will not be going back there due to a rude gentleman I've spoken to on the phone twice now.
I called up a few weeks ago to book a colour and when I was reconfirming my appointment at the end he hung up on me mid sentence but the icing on the cake was today when I called up to cancel my appointment. I've just had spinal surgery and was hoping to be given the all clear by my consultant to have my hair done before my brothers wedding. Unfortunately I cant so when he asked if I wanted to cancel or reschedule I started to briefly explain why I needed to cancel as I felt bad only giving them 24hrs notice. When he heard the word 'cancel' it was almost like he couldn't be bothered to speak to me and abruptly handed me over to another member of staff mid sentence, again!!! I'm not sure who this gentleman is but he is the reason I won't be coming back. Politeness does not cost anything. No wonder they are quiet at the moment (I was told this by a member of staff on my visit) if this is how they treat their customers.
I usually don't go to expensive hairdressers like this but because i had a voucher from 'The Face' to get a discount haircut I thought I'd try it out. The Staff were all nice and the salon was pretty standard inside.
I went in and told them i want as little off the length as possible ( my hair was shoulder length - after over a year of growing it out) but I don't mind what style you do. Big mistake. My hair was been cut to ear level. I know I'm partly to blame for the haircut because when the hairdresser explained what he was going to do i agreed but I didn't realise quite how short he meant.
But as for the style itself it's awful its sits terribly and looks disgusting, its constantly fluffy and all my natural curl has gone. I have never had such a bad haircut in my life and I've had short hairstyles for years.
I'm completely devastated. every time i look in a mirror i want to cry because it looks so bad. I've been keeping it covered up with a head scarf and started looking into hair extensions to try fix the damage.
The worst part is I only had my haircut because i had a discount in the first place. I usually let students cut it for free and they do a better job!
I thought they did an excellent job! The guy who did my hair was so friendly. and made absolutely sure I liked my hair. He also helped to recommand a shanpoo that has worked great for me. I was very happy with it and it is a very low price as a client.
I thought they did an excellent job! The guy who did my hair was so friendly. and made absolutely sure I liked my hair. The senior stylist checked over it continuiously and the staff there are trained very well. I have had my hair done a few times at the actual salon and I thought he did just a good of job as they have in the past. I had my head massaged twice and it was so lovely:) He also helped to recommand a shanpoo that has worked great for me. The only thing is I did ask for a half head of highlights and a haircut on the phone and when I got there they said they could not do it, the person I spoke to did not put down about the highlights, but it must have been a mistake. But everything else I was very happy with and it is a very low price as a client. They saidI could haave even had it done for free but I was not able to come back on the dday they needed.
