Claire was excellent! Very thorough, patient and paid attention to detail. I've had the kerastraight treatment elsewhere previously and was very disappointed but Claire and Sanrizz did a great job!

Really happy with my colour and highlights. The haircut was also very good, only a little bit shorter than I originally planned. Will be going back
Happy with both the treatment and the haircut. Rudi clearly cares about the right haircut for hair type, and my hair feels a lot better for a bit of TLC. I'd recommend the salon and Rudi to future customers.
The girl who washed my hair was the best thing about this place, warm and welcoming as it should be.
Can't say the same in regards to the hairdresser who thinks you are not entitled to have an opinion about your own hair and got annoyed and almost kicked me out without even finishing styling!
Very cold reception, could be greatly improved.
Possibly being less stuck up and more focused on what the client wants would help providing a much more pleasant service/experience.
A smile every now and then would help too.
