My keratin hair treatment was great at the time but didn't seem to last too long.
Really enjoyed getting my hair done by Rudi he was fantastic and spent a long time making sure my cut was exactly what I wanted. The only reason for 4 stars on staff was the girl that washed my hair kept using her nails, when I asked her to stop and that it was unpleasant she apologised but continued. Maybe more training needed?
I visited this salon for a haircut last week and I am really really pleased with the result. First of all, I got in touch to discuss over the phone whether they could prepare my hair for donation (I donated 30cm of my hair to the Little Princess Trust). The staff was very helpful and friendly and they let me know the procedure, offering some advice beforehand. Everything went well on the day and Graziano transformed my hairstyle - for boring long hair to an asymmetrically cut stylish bob. He was very patient (I have very dense and thick hair, difficult to deal with) , with an eye for detail. He devoted over an hour to my haircut and I'm grateful. I'll definitely visit this salon in the future - highly recommended!

I got a really good service. My hair was cut a bit shorter than I would of like as I only asked for a tiny bit too be cut .
Claire was very friendly and reassured me of the procedure. The results were fantastic!
