Felt very welcome from the start - all the staff are very friendly, was given a cup of real coffee plus a mini biscuit, had a lovely chat with my hairwasher and then onto the haircut. Ervis listened 100% to what I wanted and suggested great ideas to make my hairstyle even better. It was clear he was really focused and attentive. Will definitely be back, I get very nervous at the hairdresser but this was a super experience! Thank you!!
I appreciate my hairdresser was dealing with a lost cause when he caught site of me. As a student with little money and not much time on my hands i often cut my own hair, resulting in two shaved sides and a baby fringe. It works for me but it needed fixing up, which was done beautifully. However, my appointment was rushed as soon as another customer entered and not all of my requests were listened to. I appreciate during the hair consultation my ideas probably sounded quite eccentric and time consuming but that's how you earn customer satisfaction (and tips) - but i'll give you one free, listen to them! The staff are lovely and considering the amounts of treatwell offers and groupons around it is good value for money.
I had a great haircut at Sanrizz on Friday. My hairdresser was friendly and professional. I spent over one hour in the salon and only spent £27 for a hair wash, cut and blow dry. A fabulous last minute deal!
