It was a lovely experience, the staff were friendly and attentive and professional, My hair cut was brilliant it has never been cut this good ever, i always had thin looking hair now it looks thick because of the expert cutting .

Was absolutely appalled by the standard of my haircut: I asked for 2 inches off, which quickly became five on account of uneven chopping that needed to be evened out. The hairdresser himself was inattentive at best, which was exemplified by how far from his brief he strayed. I simply requested a trim with long layers and ended up with a long bob with short layers. The blow dry itself has inspired me never to go near a hairdryer again, given that there was no unity whatsoever to the style with hair sticking out in all directions, giving the layers a rather top heavy look that was reminiscent only of the Giza pyramids. There was a nice woman who washed my hair, but sadly she disappeared and I was handed over to the most incompetent stylist I have ever met.
