Wonderful haircut, I have thick hair and Graziano is brilliant. It’s my second time at Sanrizz, didn’t realise the deal was for new clients only. It should stand out more on the booking system. However, Sanrizz honoured it. He is very much a perfectionist so allow some extra time. Although my hair is really thick. All the staff are lovely.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Left the salon with a haircut I didn't ask for! I made it clear to the stylist on several occasions that I only wanted a trim but this was not the case - had to even tell him at one stage to stop cutting. Overall very dissatisfied with the service. The stylist had poor English and didn't do what I had asked for. The salon tried to reschedule an appointment to resolve the issue but nothing much could be done at this stage.
