They were definitely short staffed the day I went however both Theodora and Danny worked like the professionals they are! Still incredibly courteous even though they were rushed off their feet. Theodora was my stylist and she gave me the nicest red ombre I've ever had, that I was complimented by people as soon as I left the salon. She definitely knew what she was doing.
