I arrived at the salon and they said that they didn’t have my appointment down on the system because apparently Treatwell hadn’t informed them of the booking. This meant I had to wait 40 mins for my appointment. The shampoo they use for the wash smells lovely, but I don’t think I was given a conditioning treatment. The cut was perfect, Theodora is amazing!

Roots regrowth colour is quite orange instead of blonde. Felt a bit torturous getting hair washed, need to be more gentle!
