I asked the stylist to keep the length of my hair and to trim and thin it out. I came out with a short, uneven badly cut style. I went home and cried!
The stylist kept saying how marvellous he was and how only certain hairdressers could perform this cut. In my opinion he needs further training as how he cut my hair was appalling!
Have complained but they are not interested. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!

Had a lovely morning having a cut and treatment at Sanrizz! Staff were friendly and professional, my hair looks a lot better than it did. Pleased with the results.

Theodora was amazing! The staff is absolutely lovely. It's a shame the space is quite out dated, the chairs are super uncomfortable when your hair is being washed and the main seats have bits coming off, it doesn't reflect the professionalism of the stylists! I loved the haircut and the colouring, amazing job!

The place was clean and bright and the staff made me feel welcomed. However, I was there an awfully long time for just a wash and cut. I understand that another customer was not happy with the colour of her hair and a lot of attention was focused on her, but when it came to cutting my hair it was practically dry and left that choppy look. I would go back again but hopefully not as long as nearly 2 hours for a trim. Thanks though!
