I was called to ask if I could move the appointment because it was never confirmed & this did cause some delay at the salon (it was nearly an hour before any treatment started). However, staff were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in giving me a good hair cut & treatment based on my hair type. I had the feeling they enjoyed their job & knew what they were doing - which is exactly what you want from a hairdresser.

I had an appointment with Dora, I thought she was a little nervous at first, but she soon warmed up and did a fantastic job on my highlights and cut. I felt that I got the 5 star treatment and I had a really pleasant time.

Had a haircut with Daniel and I am so happy with it! The salon and all the staff are lovely as well. I will definitely go back for my next haircut :)
