had my hair done by Daniel was my second visit and wanted quite a drastic change to which I showed two pictures of exactly how I wanted it. then went on to tell me was going to be £160 - £2 and that price was with 30_ off as I recommended someone after my first visit, I then left the salon with my hair hardly looking any different to how it was in the first place and paid £158 then 4 weeks after was then booked in and said I wasn't entirely happy to be told that I should have said at the time or come back sooner than now, and now was going to cost me a similar price again to have it sorted so I then cancelled my appointment and sent them a message only to have had no reply or apology from the manager or and thing at all. very disappointed to say the least.
Daniel was honestly such a pleasure to meet! He spent so much time and care on my hair making sure that it was perfect. The cut is perfect for my hair type; due to damage from colouring he advised me on the best process to help heal my hair. Would highly recommend!
