Really good haircut, and I really appreciated the second rinse after the haircut which meant I wasn't covered by annoying little hairs for the rest of the day! Also very punctual appointment.

Luckily it was the middle of the day and not busy because they hadn't received the booking from treatwell. They fitted me in without any wait though. Great service, good haircut.

I was called to ask if I could move the appointment because it was never confirmed & this did cause some delay at the salon (it was nearly an hour before any treatment started). However, staff were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in giving me a good hair cut & treatment based on my hair type. I had the feeling they enjoyed their job & knew what they were doing - which is exactly what you want from a hairdresser.
