The experience was great except for he fact that I didnt get the hair cut I asked for.. dont think I will be going back. I only cut my hair once a year. Will go to a different salon probably next time

Disappointment on another level. I expected a much higher standard of a cut and blowdry based on the reviews, instead the blowdry was so mediocre and limp and the cut was very average and rushed. I feel I just threw out the window over £50 when I've had substantially better results for less than half a price!! I feel ripped off.
