When I arrived my appointment began straight away with no waiting which was great. I wasn't offered a drink at all which wasn't ideal. The blow dry itself was very nice and I received lots of compliments on it. The salon was clean and the staff were nice.

I went for a short haircut, I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, explained exactly how short he should cut, asked if he understands what exactly I want and he said yes, however I ended up with way shorter hair than I expected. This t wouldn't be that bad as my hair is gonna grow but he doesn't have basic skills of cutting and know I've got to go elsewhere to repair the damage
