Second time I have been to the salon and always super friendly staff, great haircut and very welcoming
Really nice professional service. Warmly greeted at the door and offered a drink before sitting down for my treatment. A surprising massage chair for when I was getting my hair washed and then onto my hair cut and blow dry. My senior stylist really listened to what I want and delivered just that. Friendly chat throughout the treatment and really nice products used on my hair. My only negative comment would be that the fixtures, fittings and chairs weren't as up market as I would expect; frayed chairs, cracks or smudges on the paint and cheapish looking cupboards etc.
I was really impressed by Bee who cut my hair at Sanrizz. She really listened to what I wanted and took her time to make my hair perfect! I will definitely be coming back!
Communication was ok and satisfied for the result but better to provide sample guide book for customers to refer and build up some imagination of how's gonna look like.
Great staff, fab haircut - highly recommend . I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and my hair was cut by Angelo who did a superb job in giving me a hairstyle that suits me very well.
