Travelled to Henley for this massage. Firstly it is impossible to fine, no signage. Turns out it is behind a very shabby black door with the door knocker hanging off. I knock on the door, ring the buzzer, nothing. Call the number listed on treatwell, straight to voicemail. Find their website and there is a different mobile listed there and a nice man did answer but basically they didn’t check the bookings and no one was coming. I declined the offer of a reschedule - very unprofessional!
