The salon was dated, dark, musty and had cobwebs on the ceiling. I had booked a treatment which the staff were unprepared for and thought I was having a different treatment entirely. It quickly became apparent that the girl doing the treatment was not qualified didn’t know what she was doing. She went to get another girl who was could do it, but she already had a client so couldn’t carry out the treatment. I ended up leaving after 5 minutes. I am awaiting a refund.
