I booked online via Treatwell and when I turned up there was noone around, I tried both numbers and no answer. Eventually a lady came to the door who was mid massage and said she wasn't expecting me for a massage. She asked if I could wait an 1.5 hours and then I could have a massage!! The salon and it did not look clean or welcoming so I politely declined. I am only happy that I did not pay in advance. This was an hour of wasted time, no massage and a £2 parking fee - I will not return!
