My second visit to Samsara and Iwas happy that my appointmentwas on time, and I got the full time I paid for. However, they changed the therapist without any communication, which was disappointing. Its one thing to set an expectation and then not fulfil it. The massage itself was good but I went in order to get some relief for some back pain and the therapist didn't really pay any attention to the area despite my request.

I booked reflexology and a massage but only got the massage which included my feet which was great. But I did want the specific reflexology session as I have had it done previously and it really helped me.
