Really excellent massage by the therapist, let down by the late start of the massage (since my allocated therapist was attending to a walk-in client and had to wait for the next one to be free). Also, my massage was 10 minutes shorter than I had paid for. In addition, the rooms are not completely private - they are split by a partition wall so you can hear the clients in the next room. Overall, disappointed.
Treatment by Benni•Thai Massage
The treatment itself was excellent, which is why I have returned. However the atmosphere was noisy and my treatment room was adjoining 2 other rooms which were not fully closed off, so I could hear people in those rooms as well as staff talking and the phone ringing. All very distracting. Heavy dust in areas and the place looks in need of a deep clean, so I didn't feel covid safe.
