Very noisy , The staff members were extremely loud when talking and also dropping items which needless to say not very relaxing, it’s the second time I have used this time lace and they seem to have different ways of treatment.
The receptionist who greeted me was unfriendly and said I was to early by 10 minutes? ? … not sure if I would use the place again as more massage centres are starting to open in Harrow.

The salon is tired and in need of a facelift. Flimsy room divider a bit off putting, hearing the person in the next treatment room.
The massage was brilliant however so I’ll definitely go back.

The massage was really good- never had a Thai message before so was definitely an experience. The therapist had the most incredible technique and really worked through the knots in my muscles . The only thing that was a tad irritating was the fact that the rooms are not soundproof meaning you can hear everyone’s conversations especially happening at the main entrance of the shop and along the corridor. Often loud and echoing. Unfortunately this made it a little less relaxing.
