I really enjoyed the massage, the therapist asked me what pressure I wanted and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was ok. As other reviews comment on, you could hear others talking in the other room but this didn't bother me I still felt relaxed. There was calming music being played. The only thing was the towel used was a bit old, a newer fresher one would have improved the experience but I would go back.
