My masseuse was nice but I felt let down by the head massage. She focused on one spot on my head almost the entire time and rather than massaging my scalp, she was massaging my hair which didn't really feel that great.
As a result, my long hair was unbelievably knotted by the end of it. It took me a full hour and a lot of detangling spray to get the knotty mess out and I lost a fair bit of hair in the process which made me really sad.
