I booked this for my husbands birthday and upon arrival they were not aware of my booking and was talking amongst themselves. They saw him anyway but when I picked up my husband he said the room was freezing the oil wasn’t even warm and he didn’t get the full 1hr 30 treatment.
No oil was applied on the head massage. He did enjoy the massage but could have done with a warm room and warm oil. He said he would go back but maybe we will book directly - overall pretty good!

Been there 4 times now... And they still have no clue what to do when it's booked via treatwell. Place needs a revamp... Its queaks and floor is really oily

Excellent massage, will certainly go again. They just need to sort out their booking system so the reception staff don't have to call someone else up to confirm my Treatwell booking.
