The treatment itself was excellent, which is why I have returned. However the atmosphere was noisy and my treatment room was adjoining 2 other rooms which were not fully closed off, so I could hear people in those rooms as well as staff talking and the phone ringing. All very distracting. Heavy dust in areas and the place looks in need of a deep clean, so I didn't feel covid safe.
