Towels not clean. Didn’t not get massage by the person who was requested despite pre booking.

Good massage, accommodated even though I booked at the last minute. Rooms are not soundproof though so would be worth noting that i was able to hear all staff loudly chatting in reception whilst trying to relax next door.
