Very good massage, I had a lot of knots and tightness and Fon really worked slowly to take as many out as she could. She explained what i need to do to keep loosening the knots.

Good pressure applied, got all the muscles. It was a little fast but understand we only had 30 mins. It would have been nice for there to be less rubbing and more slower pressure applied to the head.
