The massage itself was great and my therapist was lovely. Unfortunately, during my session a woman came in with her baby, who started crying. The staff asked them to leave, but they refused and there was an argument for around 15 minutes.
It was really stressful, and my therapist even had to leave for about 10 minutes to see what was going on, so I lost part of my massage time. They apologized, but I wish they had done something more considering the disruption.

Massage was mid. Usually have a 10/10 experience but feel like the masseuse wasn’t bothered this time so had a very basic ‘massage’. Left disappointed.
