Great place, great massage. Very nice staff in the end. It was my first time here though and I guess they assume all customers coming here are aware of the process. Upon arrival perhaps the lady at the front desk should take a few seconds to greet the person instead of asking "Hello. How can I help you? Do you have a booking with us today? What's your name? " Instead of a pretty straight forward "Hello. Your name please" and it would also be beneficial for first time customer if the masseuse could give some instruction of what you need to do or what is going on before leaving the room without saying a word. It's just a bit of communication but a part from that it is a fantastic place and experience
