The massage was amazing but they don't know how to use the Wahanda app properly. I booked and pre-paid for the appointment through Wahanda for 12pm the following day and they called me at 11.30am on the day of the massage to say they hadn't updated the app when someone booked the 12pm time slot over the phone so they needed me to change my appointment to 5pm. This really messed up my day and apparently the same thing happened to my sister a few weeks before. The atmosphere in the salon is fantastic, the massage was brilliant, they are all really nice and it is very clean, it is just annoying if the time needs to be changed because they don't update the app, especially when you have pre-paid.

I come here every 2/3 weeks and always get someone different. They are all good. This time was the best. It makes a real difference to my back and shoulder pain from sitting in front of a computer

I had a deep tissue massage with Joy. It was a very relaxing experience and one of the best Thai type massages that I had. Definitely will go back and recommend it!

Great experience at the Sansuk Sanctuary. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived early for my appointment and was offered a cup of ginger tea whilst I waited. Then I had a lovely foot massage before my actual appointment. The full body thai massage was one of the best I've had and I left feeling really relaxed. Will most definitely be returning!
Have been here a lot and see different person each time .. Think last time was one of best as was in a lot of pain and stiffness and allowed me to move afterwards.
