My full body massage left me unsatisfied, the room was very cold and I couldn't enjoy the massage, I asked if the temperature could be changed but the answer was no. The Massaged felt rushed, not happy with that part. As for the facilities I really enjoy relaxing in those areas. The outdoor hot tub, pool area and warm ceramic beds are great, I will go back but maybe just for the facilities rather than the treatments.
