The hotel was lovely and clean. It was really close to the railway station (Birmingham International) so getting there on foot was not a problem at all. The staff were lovely and friendly and were more than happy to provide all the information needed for guests. The spa was lovely as always (I have used it before). The outdoor jacuzzi is always a pleasure. The room price I thought was a bit too dear considering the views and the facilities. Hilton and Crowne Plaza are more economic I think, which are only a stone's throw away.
