Very nice environment, staff all very helpful and professional but not stuck up.
Although most therapists were fully booked up it was not crowded or hectic (make enquiries beforehand if you do want a specific treatment as it might not be possible to book on the day). Lovely outdoor hot tub and indoor pool, steam (steam room was labelled as salt cave but didn't see any evidence of that), sauna and relaxation room (which smelt divine!) Complimentary nespresso and tea selection. Robe, towels and slippers provided as standard.
Would definitely go back.
Ugh the Spa was AMAZING. Extremely likely I’ll be back in a few weeks to try some more treatments. We felt like we were abroad! The staff were so friendly and informative as well as inviting, the ambience was so calming and peaceful, the facilities, although we didn’t try all, looked First Class and I throughly enjoyed my first Spa experience here. 10/10.
