Lovely spa with all the desired amenities. Staff were polite and friendly and my facial was good. Only faults were that the outdoor Jacuzzi water temperature could have been a lot warmer considering the chilly February weather. And they might want to consider adding a few more loungers by the pool during busier periods.
Amazing facilities. Total luxury & the outdoor hot tub was divine! The only feedback which is not the spas fault was other visitors having no spa etiquette (there was a group of people that were noisy & jumping in the pool and pushing one of their group into the pool with a towel) This went unnoticed by staff or not addressed. Other than that it was a perfect day. The treatments were incredible and would definitely recommend this spa to family & friends.
Excellent spa in Birmingham that offers a wonderful spa day with treatments. The Malaysian High tea was lovely and the spa facilities brilliant for rest and relaxing. The Heaven facial was excellent carried out by a first class therapist. Thank you so much for a wonderful spa experience.
Beautiful spa & very clean . I had halo treatment which was bliss & my therapist was very professional.
My only negative was the high tea was far too sweet & would preferred more savoury option.
From the moment we were greeted with a lemon and ginger iced tea to the moment we handed back our complimentary robe we had a very relaxing time and an enjoyable experience.
The spa facilities were wonderful, I could have easily spent all day on the hot stone beds. The pool was nice and warm and although we didn't use them the steam rooms and saunas looked inviting.
The high tea was lovely. Some nice twists on a traditional theme.
The treatment was divine, Caroline was excellent and I came away feeling very relaxed.
Looking forward to planning our next visit.
