Staff doing best despite operational issues. Would have been better if issue of lack of running water was highlighted upfront as has impact on hair when getting highlights. Later realised bleach was on too long - A LOT of hair fell out when brushed

Santi managed to fit me in on the day super last minute for a hair up do for a wedding after I had been cancelled on. He was absolutely fantastic and my hair was perfect! I had an amazing head massage whilst I was waiting which was also incredible. Will definitely be coming here for my hair in the future!
