The place is lovely, so are the people and I had a good feeling about it. After not seeing any hairdresser for 2 years and cutting it myself due to bad experiences, I decided to treat myself. The cutter is clearly confident and knows cutting hair but I still ended up not quite getting what I wanted. Once at home and looking at it properly, I saw that I got too much layering and volume cut out, both things that I thought I had made quite clear I did not like. I will cut myself again next time.
