A lot shorter than I asked for and completely ruined my layered style. Will need to get this fixed some place else meaning even shorter cut, which I’m really not happy about. The lady was nice but barely spoke English, which made it very hard to communicate what I needed.

She did a wonderful job. Was able to understand my hair and how to deal with it much better than a number of hairdressers I've been to in the past. Also, 1 of few times where I haven't found hair stuck to me after. 1st time getting eyebrows done 👍
