I have to leave a review as I left the salon really quite upset. I asked for a trim, but about six inches of my hair was cut off. The cut was not straight and it’s extremely jagged. I had really long hair which I loved, and now it is going to take months to grow back. She had shown me how much she was going to cut and then cut an entirely different amount off. I cried my entire walk home and I have never had a haircut that’s been so far from what I’d asked for. My hair is ruined
