I booked here as my usual waxing lady was on holiday and I was desperate before my holiday. I arrived early and I was able to start the treatment earlier which was good. The whole wax lasted for about 5-10mins, didn’t really give me a chance to settle or anything. It was also a strip wax not a hot wax which I’m sure I booked on the app! The lady wasn’t unfriendly but quite non-chalant and seemed in a rush to leave. Long story short, I ended up with burns/cuts which were painful on holiday. The lady completely rushed the wax and I had to pick out stray hairs myself! Not what I should be doing when I’ve paid that price. It’s quiet and clean but basically I won’t book here again.

I enjoyed my Brazilian keratin . My hair is now frizz free . I also managed to have my eyebrows threaded for me while I had my hair done , which was great
