Used to be my go to hairdresser but times I’ve come in the past year haven’t been as good. One left the back of my hair uneven, the second time I came after that it was pointed out. Now this visit my layers have been left very thick at the ends, which has been a problem every visit in the past year. I’ve been unhappy with the finish each time and given up complaining, just going to go to a different salon.

Lovely staff and great results! I am currently doing the hair removal treatment with Rosy, she's careful and professional. It's always a pleasure to spend time at Sapphire :)

Always have the best experience at the salon. From laser hair removal to hair cuts to manicures. Staff are amazing, and end result it always brilliant.
