Worst waxing experience i have every had. Visited here after i couldn't get into my usual salon. I was the last appointment of the day and felt very rushed. Do not offer these times if you are not prepared to give a full service. Sima was lovely at first however the hollywood wax i had was awful. It was a strip wax and rushed, so incredible painful and i ended up bleeding (not something i've ever experience with other waxes) A good deal of hair was left - she did not do the inner lips or buttocks - so not a proper Hollywood. She was also slightly insulting with some of her comments that i didn't feel were appropriate - she commented i was hairy...well yes that was why i was having the wax! I was asked to pay before my treatment or else i would have questioned this as i don't feel i receieved the treatment or service i asked for. This salon may be good for other treatments but do not go here for a hollywood. If this was my first ever wax i would be too upset to get another! Just awful.
