Wax was good but slightly painful. Place was nice and clean and staff were very friendly

A few days ago I went to Sapphire hair & beauty salon for waxing with "Waxing Is Not a Luxury, It Is a Necessity" thought in my mind and believe me it can be luxurious too at this salon (with positive atmosphere, friendly faces and teas, coffees they provide)!
A very lovely, professional and gentle member of the staff did my waxing so well that I felt neither pain (during waxing) nor redness (after waxing) :)
She was experience and caring enough to make sure my expectations are met.
Will definitely return with friends this time!!!
Lovely light and airy salon with welcoming and friendly staff. I was offered a drink on arrival and made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The beautician doing my treatments was very professional and I am very pleased with the results. My only suggestion is that I would have liked a little more time and help choosing colours of the nail polish. I was only able to see the outside of the bottles for a few moments which made me feel a little under pressure and unsure about exactly what colour I was choosing. Some samples that customers can look at whilst having the treatment would be very helpful. Having said this,overall I had a lovely experience at Sapphire and I will be returning for treatments in the future.
