I'm really disappointed in my whole experience here. Firstly, I made very clear that I only had 2.5 hours (I had booked in for 2 hour 15 minutes of treatment) and I was left sitting around for a while before my first treatment, and for over half an hour in between my first and second treatment. Secondly, I had my gel nails put on on Sat (today is Thursday). My gel nails normally last 3 weeks or so - 2 of them have already peeled off, and the rest are full of bubbles. Lashes looked absolutely gorgeous, but have already started falling out. Eyebrow tint - I already have very dark eyebrows, and asked for them to be made lighter, to match my hair. I had a very dark tint put on, and there was absolutely no difference in colour, so very disappointing. Will not be coming back - a total waste of my money.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. She listened to my instructions carefully and gave advice on how to maintain. Will definitely recommend!
Had my gel nails done last week at Sapphire and all the staff were very welcoming, I was offered a tea or coffee when I arrived and also during my treatment. My therapist was very attentive and made sure I was relaxed, comfortable overall I had an enjoyable experience my nails look lovely and would recommend this place to a friend.
