Cristina has looked after me since the start of my hair removal journey nearly two years ago! From waxing to lazer- she always does an amazing job with great attention to detail. Cristina is very experienced and always makes me feel comfortable during my visit. She is excellent at advising you on treatments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The atmosphere was great however I wasn’t happy with my Brazilian as it wasn’t straight , other than that she did a good job she was good at the waxing did it really fast so I wasn’t in pain for a long period of time. I personally won’t be attending again due to the outcome of my wax , it wasn’t done the way a Brazilian is meant to be done.

The treatment was booked for an hour and although I was taken 15 min late (assuming another customer was running late but I was not explained as to why), the treatment finished on time meaning it lasted 45 min.
Otherwise, it was fairly good and I was satisfied with the treatment.
