The first visit was great, however my second visit was terrible. When i arrived i had to wait 15 minutes because the wax had not been heated even though the appointment was prebooked. Sara was distracted and inbetween my bikini wax was speaking on the phone, sometimes whilst actually doing the wax!! When leaving the room she left the door open which left me with no privacy. The wax was too hot and burned my skin leaving marks and the wax job was really poor, leaving lots of unwaxed hair. Poor.
